Refund policy
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged during shipping or found to be defective. To request a return due to shipping damage or defective performance, contact ScottCreedArt. Any request for return will be individually evaluated for approval. Requesting a return, does not signify approval of that return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free of any scratches, stains, or other visible or structural damage. Your item will need to be appropriately packaged by the carrier and you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Proof of purchase or purchase receipt is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at scott@scottcreedart.com. If your return is accepted, it will need to be sent to the following address: ScottCreedArt, 840 Hurlock Lane, Galloway, Ohio 43119. Any item sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Suspected Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipping package with your order upon receiving it. Inspect the shipping box for damage upon delivery. Take photos of any visual damage to the shipping box prior to moving or opening the box. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return. If approved, the cost of the item will refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is not refunded for returned items, unless it was determined the item was damaged during shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at scott@scottcreedart.com.
